DAMAGED CANDLES
DARN, So sorry! Though our candles are packaged with care, we get it...things happen. In the rare occurrence your candle arrives damaged, please contact us at bentleycandleco@gmail.com within 3 days and include pictures of product so we can file a claim with the carrier. After we asses the product a refund or replacement will be sent out.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange for a different scent or return.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, our item must be in the same condition that you received it, unburned, and in its original packaging. The customer will be responsible for shipping on all exchanges.
To start an exchange please contact us at bentleycandleco@gmail.com items sent back without first requesting an exchange or return will not be accepted.
